Notice

We kindly ask for at least 1 full business day’s notice (24 business hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer your appointment to another family in need.

Rescheduling

We’re happy to work with you to reschedule any missed individual sessions within your program timeframe, subject to availability.

Missed Sessions

If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited.
However, to support your learning, a recorded version of the session content and accompanying written materials will be made available for one week — so you won’t miss out on key information.

No Refunds

Due to limited availability and the nature of our program, refunds are not provided once a session or package has been booked and paid for.
